A: Normal delivery of unpainted parts, chrome bumpers, grilles, wheels, headlights, mirrors, radiators and others may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery. For returns there is a restocking fee of 25%.
Due to the volume of orders our painted parts may take 7-15 business days depending on your location outside Illinois.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship by Fed Ex, UPS or the United States Postal Service. Once we have processed your order for shipment, we will forward a tracking number to you.
Q: Will my parts be insured during shipment?
A: All our shipments are insured!
Q: How will my part be painted?
A: Our certified painter’s use a painting system composed of a primer, a 2 layer base coat and 3 layer protective clear coat for that professional body shop finish. This brings your car right back to life again! We offer a limited life-time warranty on our parts and paint (see below).
Q: Where do I find my paint code?
A: Click on the links below to find the paint code for your vehicle. They will assist in finding the location of the color code usually found inside the driver’s door or glove box.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: There is a limited lifetime warranty on the paint and part purchased. It consists of the paint not to fade, crack or peel within the lifetime that you own the vehicle. A manufacturer’s warranty is on all parts we have in stock. These are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. This includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use.

We prefer Pay Pal for tracking purposes. However, we do accept Visa, AMEX, Discover and MasterCard over the phone. Please call us and we can take this information over the phone for rapid processing.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Shipping is a flat $69.95 for each item within the Continental 48 States. NO P.O. Boxes please. For Canada customers please add an additional $85 shipping to the total. Items are all shipped out via UPS or DHL and delivery time is within 1-4 days depending on distance. Each package is insured. We will provide you a tracking number within 1 business day so you can track this yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: Each package is insured by the carrier, However, it is important that you inspect each package for damage when delivered and before you sign off on the package. Otherwise, your insurance claim may be denied. Please contact us immediately with any issues
RETURN POLICY (**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**) a. Each package is individually inspected for damage and packaged before the part(s) leaves our warehouse b. Although rare, products can be damaged during shipping. BUYER is responsible to inspect each product and notify us of any damaged item within 2 days of receiving your item. c. If the product is damaged, please email us at aps.autoparts@gmail.com or call us during our normal business hours at 217-960-0009. We will need to collect some information from you and once this information is collected we will immediately take care of all the paper work if needed and/or work towards a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible. d. If you purchase the incorrect item or no longer need the part after the item has been shipped, please contact us within 5 business days so that we can provide you with return information. The buyer is responsible to return the product at the BUYER'S expense. A refund will be processed if the item is received within 15 business days of purchase. e. 20% restocking fee on returns after 10 business days from the receipt of your item. No refunds after 30 days after delivery.
