	Make, Model & Year of Vehicle
	Exterior Color Code (Generally found on door, trunk lid or hood)
	Color Approximation (Red, Green, Yellow, Blue etc….this is for verification purposes only)

Please note: While we are generally able to identify the exact color match based on VIN# alone, however, we ask for this other additional information (if available) just to confirm. Paint on each vehicle fades at a slightly different rate based on amount of sun light and pollution exposure. The difference is very minor, but may be slightly noticeable.
